Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had a good view of Burgos Cathedral, Monastery, and University, with a convenient location for visiting various attractions, but the rooms had a cigarette smoke smell and were not as spacious as depicted. The afternoon heat was intense, feeling like a sauna, and maintenance issues like a rotting skirting board were evident with no safe box available.
I stayed at the hotel for a few nights and had a mixed experience. The room had a great view, and the bed was very comfy, but the bedding and draperies definitely needed some TLC. The service was a bit hit or miss, with staff being helpful but easily distracted. The location was convenient for those with cars but a bit far from the main attractions. The dining options were nice, although limited for vegetarians. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
Despite some room issues, my stay at the hotel was comfortable and the service was commendable. The central location provided beautiful views and easy access to attractions, although the dining options were somewhat limited. The facilities were well-maintained and satisfactory.
I had a decent stay at the hotel. The room was a good size with a fantastic view, although there were some issues like a water leak in the closet and a cracked sink in the second room. The bed was very comfortable, and the secure underground parking for 10€ a day was convenient. The staff was helpful overall, although a bit useless about parking directions. The location was great for exploring Burgos, with a short walk to the town center and in a quiet neighborhood. The dining options were limited and not ideal for vegetarians, but the breakfast was pretty good for 7€ per person. Overall, it was a mixed experience with both positive and negative aspects.
